I had not been to the dentist for longer than I would like to admit, due to what felt like a scam at the last office I used. I really appreciated the transparency at Ingleside Family Dental! I went for a consult and needed a cleaning and 3 fillings. The staff was flexible with my schedule and was able to get this all taken care of in one session. Mindy was extremely quick and honest. Dr. Matthew prioritized my need for timeliness and was quick and caring during the whole process.
My experience was excellent! Dr. Mathew informed me about some areas of decay that I have a plan to fix. They really worked with my budget to help me get back on track with my needs. I am so thankful for everyone there. The front desk staff was friendly and sweet. Dr. Mathew had clear communication during my one on one exam, so I know what to expect each step of my treatment.

I also had a tooth removed and it went GREAT! I have referred my friends and family! Dr Mathews does a good job with explaining treatment that is needed.
Dr Matthew was a wonderful gentle and compassionate dentist. I am deathly afraid and needed extensive work. She was not only gentle but very kind in walking me through my options and I left a very happy patient today. She is not only an amazing Dentist but an amazing human being.

I went there on the same day I broke my tooth and they repaired it so I didn't have to go into work with the broken tooth. The dentist is extremely nice and helpful. I'm actually switching dentists to them because it was so easy.

I was given numbing medicine and a decent amount of time for the medicine to work before getting the needle. Dr. Mathew kept me informed of every step she took and she was gentle with the needle. I would recommend Dr. Mathew to friends and family.
I needed a wisdom tooth removed and I have a phobia of losing teeth but the entire team went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with the procedure and explained the process clearly. My favorite part was when I got to put on my favorite music! It settled my nerves completely and was able to get the tooth removed with no pain!

My mom doesn't speak English, and she needed an urgent molar extraction due to severe pain. Dr. Mathew was amazing and offered to come in early the following day. They provided next-day care and were incredibly patient, making sure my mom felt comfortable even with the language barrier. The staff made sure I understood everything so I could explain it to her.
My case was quite complicated, but thanks to Dr. Mathew and her assistant Diego, who is bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese, it became completely stress-free. The entire team is incredibly attentive, and the care I received was exceptional. Dr. Matthew personally follows up on the progress, which made me feel truly valued as a patient.

Most of my previous dentists never took much time to explain exactly what was going on. I regularly commute from Orlando, FL to Summerville and their warm atmosphere and flexibility with scheduling makes it all worthwhile.
I have been coming to this dentist for a while now and Dr. Matthew's is a great dentist. Not only is she good at what she does but she is also very sweet. I highly recommend this dentist office and they will even work with you to make sure you get the treatment you need.

Great experience!!! I have dental phobia. Dr Mathews, Diego (assistant), Marianne (front staff) and Kim (dental hygienist) did a wonderful job helping me work through my fears!!! I also had a tooth removed and it went GREAT! I have referred my friends and family! Dr Mathews does a good job with explaining treatment that is needed.
Dr Matthew was a wonderful gentle and compassionate dentist. I am deathly afraid and needed extensive work. She was not only gentle but very kind in walking me through my options and I left a very happy patient today. She is not only an amazing Dentist but an amazing human being.
Dr Mathew is amazing. I haven't been to the dentist in a really long time but she made sure I was comfortable and asked if I was ok maybe 1000 times. My 2nd visit was even better of an experience. She's super nice, the place is super clean and they are officially my primary dentist going forward!!!
Dr Matthew's and her team were great. I am not a fan of the dentist however Dr. Matthew's professional and calming nature helped ease my dental anxiety. Dr. Mathew was very thorough in explaining to me what process was necessary to extract my tooth. I was given numbing medicine and a decent amount of time for the medicine to work before getting the needle. Dr. Mathew kept me informed of every step she took and she was gentle with the needle. I needed a wisdom tooth removed and I have a phobia of losing teeth but the entire team went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with the procedure and explained the process clearly. My favorite part was when I got to put on my favorite music! It settled my nerves completely and was able to get the tooth removed with no pain!

My mom doesn't speak English, and she needed an urgent molar extraction due to severe pain. Dr. Mathew was amazing and offered to come in early the following day. They provided next-day care and were incredibly patient, making sure my mom felt comfortable even with the language barrier. The staff made sure I understood everything so I could explain it to her.

One of the best experiences I've had with a medical practice. I loved their comprehensive assessment and the roadmap to what steps need to be taken.
