Financing and Insurance
We want patients to get the care they need without the cost being a mystery until afterwards.

Insurance
Have insurance? We accept it
We bill all insurance providers, including PPOs, and we submit the claim to your provider as a courtesy so you do not have to.
If you are unsure what your plan actually covers, we will verify your benefits and explain them to you before treatment starts, not after. You get a written estimate showing what insurance is expected to pay and what your portion will be.
Rather than publishing a carrier list that goes out of date, call us with your plan details and we will check it against your specific policy.
Monthly payments
CareCredit
If the total is more than you want to pay at once, CareCredit spreads it across monthly instalments so treatment can start now.
Apply in minutes, decision in minutes
CareCredit is a healthcare credit line used for dental, medical and veterinary care. You apply once, and if approved you can use it for treatment here straight away, including implants, Invisalign and larger restorative plans that exceed what an annual insurance maximum covers.
There is no obligation to use it once approved, and applying does not commit you to treatment.

Common questions
Questions we hear most
Do you take my insurance?
We bill all insurance providers, including PPOs. Rather than listing carriers, the practical step is to call us with your plan details and we will verify your specific benefits before you commit to anything.
How do I apply for CareCredit?
Use the apply link on this page, which goes directly to our practice CareCredit page. It takes a few minutes and you will usually get a decision immediately. If you would rather do it with help, our team will walk you through it at your visit.
Does applying for CareCredit commit me to treatment?
No. Approval simply gives you a credit line you may use. You are under no obligation to use it, and it does not lock you into any particular treatment plan.
What can I use CareCredit for?
Any treatment here. It is most often used for implants, All-On-4, Invisalign and larger restorative plans, because those commonly exceed what an annual dental insurance maximum will cover.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
Our $99 new patient special covers a complete exam, gum disease and oral cancer screening and bitewing x-rays for uninsured new patients. Beyond that, CareCredit and the 5% cash discount both apply.
Will you tell me the cost before treatment?
Yes. You get a written estimate before treatment begins, including the expected insurance contribution and your portion. Nobody should be surprised by an invoice afterwards.
What if my treatment costs more than my annual maximum?
Most plans cap annual benefits, and larger restorative or implant plans commonly exceed that. Treatment can often be phased across two benefit years, or financed through CareCredit. We will go through the sequencing with you.
Can I combine the cash discount with my insurance?
No. The 5% cash discount applies to treatment paid in full by cash at the time of service and cannot be combined with credit card payments, insurance or CareCredit.
