For new patients without dental insurance. It does not include a cleaning, because until you are examined it is not clear whether you need a routine or a deep cleaning. It does not cover emergency procedures.
What to expect
A meaningful share of our patients have been away from dental care for years, in one case a decade. The conversation is about what to do next, not what happened before.
You leave with the findings and the costs in writing, separated into what is urgent, what is important, and what is elective.
Nothing is booked on the spot. Take the plan away, get a second opinion, phase it over time. It is yours either way.
Before you book
Then we bill it instead, which usually covers a new patient exam at or near 100%. The $99 exists for people without coverage, so you are not paying out of pocket when your plan would have handled it.
Because until Dr. Mathew has examined you, nobody knows whether you need a routine cleaning or a deep cleaning below the gumline. Quoting one and delivering the other would be dishonest.
None. You get a written plan with figures. Whether you proceed here, phase it over time, or take it elsewhere for a second opinion is entirely your call.
We separate it into urgent, important and elective, then sequence it so it is manageable. Treatment that has to be accepted all at once tends to get postponed indefinitely, which helps nobody.
The offer applies per new patient. Families are commonly booked back to back so it is one trip rather than several.
About an hour. That covers medical history, x-rays, the examination and the conversation about what the findings mean.
